Holiday Chefs' Table
In the alcove of the Circular Dining Room
The seven-course tasting menu features classic holiday
dishes representing Hotel menus from 1933 through 2008, all with
a contemporary take and plating presentation. The menu includes a
wide array of cooking techniques and interesting local and specialty
products with a theme of cooking through the decades. Chef Todd Ruiz
explains each course and the thought process that went into it, and
he’s
available to answer questions.
- Friday evenings only through December 26, 2008 and can be booked
for one to 10 people. (Groups less than 10 will be combined.)
- The cost is $90 (plus tax and gratuity); a wine
flight is available for an additional $45 (plus tax and gratuity).
- Seating is at 6 PM., and the experience will last two to two
and a half hours.
