The award-winning Circular Dining Room offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a six-course chef ’s tasting menu in its Alcove, with chef’s special menu selections of the day.
The menu includes a wide array of cooking techniques and interesting local and specialty products. Throughout dinner, chef will explain each course and the thought process that went into it, and he is also available to answer questions.
- Friday evenings at 6 PM
- $75* per person; add a wine flight for an additional $35*
- Can be booked for up to 10 people (groups of less than 10 will be combined)
