In Sweets, the Pastry Team at The Hotel Hershey presents mouth-watering nostalgic cupcakes and fun, animal-themed cupcake creations, as well as signature confectionary specialties from our pastry kitchen. Enjoy salted caramels, cake pops, chocolate confections, and a variety of Hershey’s chocolates.
Sweets uses the finest ingredients possible including Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, locally-procured fruits and dairy products, and, of course, our famous Hershey’s chocolates.
In addition to our cupcakes, sample other specialties from our pastry kitchen featuring our famous Hershey's chocolate, including hand-made truffles, bon-bons, and bite-size desserts.
Sweets also offers ice cream treats in a cup or a cone, with sweet history in every dip. Made right here in Hershey, Mazzoli ice cream is still made using the original recipes it was founded on in 1956 by Fred Mazzoli, personal dairy chef to Milton S. Hershey!

Collectible Hershey Plate by Silvestri Glass Fusion The colorful and collectible glass fusion Hershey plate is now available at Sweets! The plate was made exclusively for us by artist Lori Siebert of Silvestri using the process of heating glass pieces and other objects with torches and kilns in order to create a beautiful new piece of glasswork. Glass fusion is one of the oldest forms of glass making, and these beautiful Hershey plates are truly one-of-kind pieces of art that are also functional!
