SWEETS AT THE HOTEL HERSHEY

The Pastry Team at The Hotel Hershey, led by Executive Pastry Chef Cher Harris, presents an array of mouth-watering nostalgic cupcakes with a variety of creamy frostings. Sweets uses the finest ingredients possible including Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, locally-procured fruits and dairy products, and, of course, our famous Hershey’s chocolates.

“The Hotel Hershey has always held a high standard of quality within the pastry and culinary realms,” Chef Harris says. Her goal is to enhance the flavors and textures of each dessert the pastry shop produces under her direction. “Guests are no longer wowed by items that are structural and impressive-looking,” she says. “I feel they’re looking for clean yet complex combinations that make sense. Overall, I want to deliver high quality sweets to our guests, while challenging the new trends in pastry.”

Cupcake Selection
Cupcakes are available in three sizes: taste, classic, and signature. Guests can decorate their own cupcake with a variety of toppings or select from a dozen daily flavors.
